a small brewery near me was started as "semi-pro" but over the past a couple years their demand has gone up and they are now moving into a bigger space and are going full time

 

and I find White Birch to be hit or miss, although my wife does love their Berliner Weisse

not a fan myself.  so wait, you are in Hooksett regularly and we've never met?  WTF???!!!

no, up until a year ago I only had it at the Mt. Snow brewfest every labor day weekend in VT but now you can buy some of their beers in NJ.

 

never been to the brewery

that's crazy to me they are the ones getting exported.  not even one of the better breweries in the state in my opinion.
