This is a thread for the long term planners among us . I'm planning brewing months and sometimes approaching a year in advance. It's usually based on what yeasts I'll be using.
so next up - probably in a month or so:
wyeast 1450
drez style chinook/citra/simcoe pale ale
stout
denny's RIPA
those will be made over the course of 1.5-2 months. and then after that:
omega bayern (augustiner yeast)
helles
dunkel or schwarzbier (not sure which yet)
I'm sure after all of that I'll want to make some crazy NE style IIPA. probably wouldn't be until spring though.
