How do you think the taste/body compares with regular carapils?

To me it was similar.  The beer was uncarbonated but had body, was not as dry as I would expect for 1..10 but did not have any sweetness that you would expect from 2.5# of crystal malt.  Not sweet in any way.

I did not pick them up in my sample but it was flat 68* beer.  Give me a week and I will know for sure.
