How many of you put a little hair gel in your beard?

I read that people do this instead of wax. I tried it tonight and every mustache and beard hair are marching lockstep. My wife stared at the magnificence on my face and asked if I groomed it.

It is fabulous....like young Tom Selleck fabulous.

Just 4 drops of a beard oil I made with sweet almond, argan, and jojoba oils.

Beard wash, towel dry, beard oil, then beard butter/cream. In that order.

 

Common misconception... the beard oil is actually for the face underneath, not the hair itself. That is what the beard butter/cream is for.

 

I use these, the original smells kind of Woodsy. It is Virginian Cedarwood, Lime, Rosemary and Lavender:
