So all this Vienna Lager talk has me inclined to make one this weekend using a very healthy Budvar cake that has a pale lager sitting on it now. But... I'm expecting a box of goodies today in which will be a fresh sack of Omega Kolsch II. I have both recipe designs sitting on my work bench so all I'd need to do for either is measure water, grain and hops, grind and brew. Just not sure which way to go.

Damn, if this is my worst weekend dilemma I'm perfect! So what says you's guys?

PS, Go Cubs Go. What a nail biter last night huh.

Vienna Lager with Budvar first, Kolsch with Omega next weekend. Or maybe you could... Just kidding. :D

That game was insane. It was going on 5 hours when it ended. I watched every pitch. On to bigger challenges.

It's like you read my mind Don Lenard. The Vienna will keep the keezer from being all yellow :)

Perfect. I drew up my Vienna recipe yesterday and I'll make it when I get back from an upcoming road trip. Happy brewing brother.
