Looks like a good time BH. What sort of recipe did you use if you don't mind sharing?Couldn't you find someone better looking do to the stirring?

basic mead:12 lbs of honey per 5 gallons.we tried to do it traditional - by the light of the moon with naked virgins - but apparently they are in short supply these days.

The OG is 1.120 which is right on target. Temp. set to 68f. Sunday morning there were signs of positive pressure. Added a second dose of nutrients and DAP (Diammonium Phosphate).
