Brew Sculpture - $550- Great for 10 to 12 gallon batches- Kegs - legally obtained from South End Brewery, all have weldless fittings- March food grade high temp pump – Has only been used to move water from the HLT to the MLT has never pumped wort- HLT - Sight tube- MLT – Copper manifold, copper sparge arm. Blichmann Brewmometer. It is about 5’10” to the top so a small step stool his helpful.- HLT and Kettle share an additional bimetal thermometer- Kettle is high enough that you can gravity drain- GFCI wiring with two additional outlets- Burners are cast iron low pressure 40k BTU each. Each burner runs off of a separate regulator allowing you to have them each running at full power. But the low pressure allows you to have real good control over the flame.- The stand itself can be taken apartLocated in North FLA (Jacksonville / Orange Park)Posted Image
